MI-PAC MEETS SOULLAND

Earlier this year we introduced our collaboration with the contemporary streetwear brand Soulland. The Danish label oozes Scandinavian cool, and this is something Silas Adler, the brand's designer, talks to us about within this punchy interview. Read more about the collection in our previous blog post here: Mi-Pac x Soulland. [link to previous post]

Tell us a little bit about the brand and its contemporary style.

We started Soulland as a t-shirt brand selling mainly to skateshops. Over the years our interest for fashion and menswear grew and we slowly developed the brand. I guess that style we have are a mix of where we came from and where we are now.

Is there a story about the iconic Soulland logo?

We designed it with our art director Marco Pedrollo. The whole idea was to sign it off so to speak. Like the knot on a gift.

What do you like most about Denmark?

Well it's a very easy life we have here. Copenhagen is small but still quite vibrant. The culture scene is big and there are things going all the time.

If you could wear one look every day, what would it consist of?

White sneakers, black pants, a black long sleeve and a black jacket...

What's in the bag of the guy who wears Soulland?

A phone, a computer, a credit card and a bag of organic treats.

What's your favourite shape of the Soulland x Mi-Pac collaboration and why?

The weekend bag. The print is just best here and it's perfect if you need more space. I just used it for a trip last week. It was perfect!
